As this is a resourcing role, there will be no cold calling to clients required as you will be working on established contracts where your role will be to find suitable candidates who are actively looking for work. Assist with the recruitment of candidates for various contracts across the business including: Registering candidates Screening applications Maintaining and updating the recruitment database Arranging introductory calls and interviews for candidates Utilising CV databases Formatting candidate CVs Assist with advertising campaigns Handling queries and telephone calls General administrative duties The Candidate
Previous experience in recruitment or outbound call centre preferred Experience of high-volume outbound calling Experience of working to targets and KPI’s Extremely driven and motivated Excellent telephone and communication skills as you will constantly be on the phone with candidates Starting salary:
£23,000 + Commission, Bonus, and Incentives (Realistic OTE: £32,000 - £40,000 in first year). Working hours:
Monday - Friday, Flexitime & Hybrid working. Hybrid working:
