Across our Key Accounts, we look for ways to delight our customers to provide them with top-class customer service. Due to the continued growth across our Key Accounts, we are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join the team. The Role As Sourcing Specialist, you will be supporting the Key Account Manager across a number of client accounts, acting as the client brand ambassador externally to the candidate market and internally in MCS Group. Within the role, you will be responsible for a number of key areas including: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate information and recruitment activities. The Person We are keen to speak to professionals who have a passion for customer service and relationship management, with exceptional time management and administration skills. Essential Criteria: Previous experience gained within a recruitment-focused role. Experience working within a fast-paced, professional office environment.
