This is an exciting opportunity to gain expertise in a new field and become a specialist recruitment resourcer and join a rapidly expanding labour supply agency/training provider.
A common misconception about this role is that you need to be coming from a recruitment-related background to be a successful recruiter/resourcer. However, some of the highest billing consultants have degrees in History, Politics, Marketing, and Music, to name a few.
No prior experience in recruitment is required. If this is your first role or you are changing your career, you will receive training & support and have plentiful opportunities for fast track promotion.

This role will be two-fold, focused on the key areas of business development and candidate resourcing where each day will be different. As a brief overview, here is a bit of information about what your role might look like:
Role & Responsibilities
Searching for candidates from their system and job boards.
Importing candidates onto their in-house database.
Registering candidates.
Ensuring that all allocated roles to yourself are worked on, keeping the Consultant up to date on the progress of your searches and possible candidates.
Preparing CVs ready to be sent out to clients.
Importing documentation onto their in-house system.
Sending job specs to candidates.
Answering calls as and when positions are advertised.
