Resourcer / Delivery Consultant , you will be Generating leads, sourcing great candidates and building your network. Engaging with clients Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs Providing professional advice on the job market and manage expectations Managing payroll and compliance Rail compliance and fatigue management Booking D&As, medicals and training Raising Purchase Orders About You.
Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus but not essential. Resilient with strong multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and proficient computer skills.
