Technical Recruitment Resourcer Farnborough - On-site A great opportunity for someone in Sales, Retail, or HR to get into recruitment, or if you've worked in Recruitment already, but haven't had the best experience as a trainee. Our client specialises in connecting exceptional talent with organisations at the forefront of high-performance engineering. These sectors include Advanced Engineering & Technology, F1 & Motorsport, Applied Sciences, Automotive and Electric Vehicles. Your role: Lead Recruitment Projects:

Drive resource strategies to engage top candidates. Assess Talent:

Conduct initial screening calls to match candidates to roles. Ensure Smooth Onboarding:

Support candidates as they transition into new positions. Manage and update candidate databases, tracking progress effectively. Facilitate Interviews:

Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers. What We’re Looking For: Strong Communicators:

Confident and personable, with the ability to engage, assess, and connect with candidates effectively. Highly Organised:

Detail-oriented multitaskers who can juggle priorities. Experienced:

A background in Sales, Recruitment, Retail, or HR is ideal. Adaptable:
