This position starts on a temporary basis but has the potential to be a full-time permanent position for the right person.
What does a Resourcer do? The main bulk of this position is making outbound calls, headhunting for suitable candidates to place into our clients in different industries. This also involves taking any inbound calls and communicating with our clients/candidates. We work within the Hospitality, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors where we supply staff at volume to clients across London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent & Hampshire.
Working Hours This position is Monday - Friday, 07:30 am - 04:00 pm and is an office-based role.
