Our client in Guildford is seeking a passionate and motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and thrives in a rewarding, target-driven environment. You will play a key role in sourcing and supporting candidates, contributing directly to the success of the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing candidates.
Source potential candidates using job boards, internal databases, and other channels.
Register candidates daily and match them with suitable roles.
Provide detailed position briefs to candidates and prepare them for interviews.
Offer advice and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure candidates are matched effectively to relevant opportunities.
Experience Ideally Required for This Role
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Self-motivated, determined, and target-driven attitude.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Prior experience in recruitment or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
