Job Purpose This role focuses on identifying and generating leads for clients and candidates, ensuring the sales team has a strong, active pipeline to work with. You will also provide administrative support to consultants, assisting with scheduling, compliance, timesheet completion, and other related tasks. Key Responsibilities Candidate Placement:Support consultants in the timely placement of candidates into roles that meet client needs. Journey Management:Deliver a positive end-to-end experience for candidates and clients, offering ongoing support before, during, and after placement. Compliance:Assist the Compliance Team in ensuring a robust and efficient compliance process, completing all necessary checks. Issue Resolution:Communicate with internal teams to promptly address payment and other queries. System Management:Upload candidate details, compliance documentation, and job submissions to external systems and the ATS. Lead Generation: Identify and engage with candidate leads, ensuring a steady flow of qualified individuals for open roles. Database Maintenance:Maintain and update lead databases to ensure the team has access to accurate and actionable information. Client Sourcing:Proactively source and generate new client leads through various channels (e.g. CRM, social media, referrals, job boards, calls, and candidate databases). Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates to understand their needs. Needs Analysis:Translate client and candidate requirements into specific, actionable tasks for the team. Essential Criteria Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A flexible attitude towards work assignments and new learning opportunities. Previous experience in resourcing or achieving sales targets and objectives (or equivalent). Proficiency in tools for tracking and communicating progress. A sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets and objectives.
