Recruitment Resourcer – Construction Sector Hours – Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 16:30 Location – City of London – EC4N Start - ASAP We are looking for a Construction Recruitment Consultant to support a top billing recruitment consultant in our company. The role involves understanding client briefs and sourcing the right candidates through various platforms including our database, job boards, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients and candidates via phone and face-to-face meetings. Source candidates based on client requirements. Maintain a keen attention to detail throughout the recruitment process. Key Attributes: Normal, resilient, curious, determined, empathetic, inquisitive, hard-working, team-player, excellent soft skills and telephone manner, strong will to succeed, exceptional interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail.
