Recruitment Resourcer

Permanent contract; Monday Friday: 8AM 4PM / 9AM 5PM

Hybrid role but must be able to get to our Market Drayton site

Due to business growth, we're increasing the recruitment team and are now seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team of 9 on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the Recruitment Resourcer within Muller is to:

Research, identify and attract candidates using appropriate direct resourcing methods to satisfy job requirements across varying business units within the Muller business. Monitor job application rates and provide supporting analytics. Build candidate Talent Pools for future collaboration and recruitment opportunities aligning with the resourcing strategy. Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Recruitment Advisors as needed. Manage content for digital media platforms, liaising with internal & external parties to ensure commentary and narrative is compliant and relevant, to reinforce Employer Branding, direct candidate attraction and penetration across a range of media.

What it takes to be a Recruitment Resourcer at Muller:

Recruitment experience, preferably internal recruitment. Ability to use own initiative as well as being part of a team. Capability to manage a diverse workload within a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail & accuracy is essential. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise. Ability to multi-task. Digital/Social Media/Online experience.
