Role Description We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team in our Mold head office. Your new role will involve writing and posting job adverts on job sites and social media, calling and pre-screening candidates to book in for registration interviews. You will also be tasked with supporting the compliance team with their processes and attending university and job fairs. Another part of your new role will be to support the Branch manager and the wider team with any admin or ad hoc tasks. Person Specification Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload The ability to build relationships on the phone and in person Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full driving license It would be good to have Previous experience within a resourcer role Experience of using job sites and LinkedIn What you will get from us….
