Permanent Role Overview: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent within our clients. You will match candidates with roles that align with their skills, experience, and career goals. Key Responsibilities: Utilise company database, job boards and partnerships to source, screen and hire candidates for various roles across the UK. Handling inbound and outbound calls daily Build and maintain rapport with candidates Work with the Industrial team to ensure clients recruitment needs are met on time Conduct thorough interviews to ensure the suitability and competence of candidates. Coordinate, schedule and manage candidate interviews Maintain accurate records of candidate information, job orders, and client interactions in our database. Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client requirements. Requirements: Experience dealing with people face to face an/or over the phone in a fast paced industry is essential Previous experience in recruitment, particularly with temp recruitment is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
