Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Location: Bradley Stroke, Bristol + Hybrid Salary: 24,000 Sector: Specialist Construction Commission available from day one. Industry leading training. First class career development pathways. You will be working in a niche consultancy that specializes in modern, cutting-edge construction systems. Your role will be to source candidates for vacancies in this market, taking a pro-active approach to finding and selecting the best available people from around the UK. You will be helping us to recruit for unique and interesting projects which utilize modern building systems such as engineered timber, volumetric modular, and panelized building systems. No one day will be the same as you speak with a wide variety of people like designers, project managers, salespeople, manufacturing managers, and executive-level candidates. If you have a curious nature, great people skills, and a strong desire to increase your earnings and develop your career - we would love to tell you about the many trainees who have gone on to great things in our business, including director-level roles. The Role: Engage with candidates from our in-house database of 100k+ people Search external job boards and media channels for new candidates Speak with candidates to understand their motivations and suitability for vacancies Manage candidates through the interview process Maintain long-term relationships with key candidates Map out new markets to gain intelligence and information Engage with people via telephone, email, text, and video messaging Why work with us?
