As a Recruitment Specialist 360, you will be responsible for: Managing, servicing, and growing both new and existing accounts. Key client communications with both sales and service accounts, ensuring recruitment and fulfillment of roles while progressing the account via spend and relations. Achieving daily and weekly activity targets for spec calls to service accounts and client meetings. Building rapport with users, clients, and candidates through constant contact. Offering quality service by selecting applicants through good job matching and ensuring all suitable candidates complete required client-specific documentation and site tours. Supporting the resource for workers against key vacancies. Monitoring worker performance to ensure satisfaction for both clients and workers. Recruiting and sustaining a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants. Advertising for a workforce to generate the best quality response while complying with Gi Group and legal requirements. Developing relationships with existing clients to prevent dormancy or lapsed accounts. Structuring activity to maximize revenues and positive outcomes on client calls and meetings. Adhering to agreed work/action plans. Cross-selling other divisions within the business at every opportunity.
