We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist for our office in Chatham. You must have at least 2 years of previous Recruitment experience in a similar field.
The Role:
We are a really close-knit team of Recruiters and Account Coordinators who are seeking someone to join the team. You need to have Industrial/Driving/Technical Recruitment Experience and sales experience, preferably B2B. You will be working from established lists as well as researching and finding your own leads. Most importantly, we are seeking someone who can fit into our team, so personality is of the utmost importance. In return, we are offering a very competitive salary as well as an industry-leading commission structure. Hours of work are 8 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday, office-based.
