Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or talent acquisition expert, with a focus on engineering or technical roles. Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) and ability to build a talent pipeline. Excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with recruitment data/metrics. Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different departments and balance priorities effectively.
