About the role: As a Team Leader in the linguist recruitment department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and teamwork. You’ll support our recruitment assistants in coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for linguists, ensuring full compliance with current employment and equality legislation. Your main responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day workload including prioritising and distributing tasks within the team Monitoring the team inbox Guiding the team to achieve set targets Monitoring and reporting on the team’s performance to the Recruitment Manager Providing and analysing data Data entry and administrative tasks Identifying training needs within the team and delivering relevant training Creating a positive work environment by listening to team members’ feedback To effectively manage department related enquiries via phone and e-mail Assist with any recruitment events or initiatives that the organisation undertakes throughout the year Skills and Qualifications required: Relevant experience in team leadership or a supervisory role Excellent attention to detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proactive problem-solving abilities Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to lead by example and inspire team members Apply now
