Mentoring, motivating, inspiring and developing the team Building relationships with candidates and potential clients in the Skilled, Technical & Engineering Sector Developing and expanding your desk through Account Management and Business development Delivering continuous recruitment for key clients What experience do I need to be a recruitment team leader?
Minimum of 2 years experience working within the Skilled, Technical & Engineering sector of a recruitment agency. Someone who enjoys motivating others and can lead a team from the front The ability to work to targets & KPI's The ability to motivate your team and drive the division forward. You must have sales experience and a successful track record in winning your own clients What can I earn as a recruitment team leader?
