Our Maidstone office is currently looking to welcome a Team Manager or Team Lead to their construction division in the trades team. This will be a billing team manager role and you will be playing a key role in driving and supporting consultants within the team covering various locations across the region. We are open to your management background and we are open to hiring at team leader level all the way through to sector manager level; you will be allocated 2 team members or all the way up to 13 consultants. Responsibilities:

Building and supporting the current team Managing and billing a desk within construction Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client/candidate relationships Strategically managing existing accounts Attending education events Requirements:

Experience in Recruitment ideally in the construction sector Evidence of strong personal billings Strong leadership and management skills Display a business partnering approach Experience in coaching and developing a team of recruiters Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes Excellent communication skills and capability of dealing with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work under pressure What you will get from us:
