About the Family:
A warm and welcoming family based in Maida Vale, London, is looking for a caring nanny for their two-and-a-half-year-old daughter. The family values creative and educational activities that support their child’s development, such as gardening, baking, and interactive play.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a nanny who is fluent in either French or Spanish. The ideal candidate will be gentle, patient, and skilled at nurturing a child’s curiosity and growth through a variety of fun and engaging activities. A passion for early childhood development is essential.
Start Date: ASAP or December
Working Hours:
Monday to Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM or Monday to Thursday 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (one night a week babysitting)
Additional hours may be available based on the family’s needs and the nanny’s availability.
Salary:
£16 – 17 net per hour Around £268 gross per week
Responsibilities:
Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times
Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
Support the child’s development through play and learning
Prepare and serve meals for the child as needed
Maintain a clean and organised environment for the child
Requirements:
Previous experience as a nanny or in a similar role
Verifiable references
Valid right to work in the UK
