Referral Centre Manager
to oversee a team of 20, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery for both NHS and private referrals. As the leader of a key team, you will optimise daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure maximum occupancy across our healthcare estate.
What you'll be doing:
Managing referral bookings across multiple locations using advanced tech and telephony platforms. Maximising daily scans while reducing DNAs and unanswered calls. Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver outstanding results. Evolving processes, systems, and workflows to meet operational and NHS Trust requirements. Monitoring and improving KPIs to ensure optimal performance. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Analysing data and trends to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience managing a high-performing contact or sales centre. A commercial mindset with experience in setting, monitoring, and achieving KPIs. Knowledge of medical environments (an advantage). Demonstrable leadership skills with a track record of motivating large teams. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement. Experience using technology platforms to drive efficiency in customer or patient bookings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
