Job Title: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Technician This is a full-time, on-site position for a highly motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Christchurch. The role encompasses maintaining, repairing, and installing various refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and thermodynamic hot water systems.

Responsibilities:

You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team.

Your responsibilities include completing all servicing tasks in accordance with company and client specifications in a timely manner.

You will be required to be part of an on-call roster.

We require you to be punctual and work the hours specified.

You will need to provide accurate written documentation of the work performed, including timesheets, service and maintenance reports, commissioning data, and health & safety checks, as required by the company and clients.

It is essential to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

You must ensure that all necessary safety equipment is available and utilized properly.

You are expected to operate in alignment with the company's core values at all times.

Lastly, maintaining a high standard of personal appearance, as well as the presentation of your vehicle and workspace, is a must.

Skills, Experience, and Education:

Relevant certification or diploma in HVAC or related field.

Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC & Refrigeration systems.

Current fillers & handlers licence.

Current EST qualification.

Valid class 1 NZ drivers licence compulsory.

Must be NZ resident.

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
