Our client is undergoing an exciting growth phase and is looking for a dedicated and experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join their team. As a Trainer, you will have the opportunity to coach, mentor, and inspire a group of 14 motivated apprentices as they work through their T1, T2, and T3 qualifications. You'll be trusted with autonomy in the classroom, helping apprentices achieve their full potential while enjoying excellent career progression, including the opportunity to move into a Course Leader role. Plus, employees have the opportunity to earn a 6,000 bonus through the Government's Levelling Up Scheme, rewarding individuals who meet specific development and performance milestones. The Role:

Mentoring apprentices gaining their Air Conditioning & Refrigeration qualifications Teaching and instructing elements of the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration syllabus Full training provided to transition you into the trainer role Clear career progression to Course Leader The Person:
