As a vital team member, you will take the lead in service and maintenance operations across your designated sites. Your primary duties include: Prioritizing maintenance and repair tasks to meet established timescales and response requirements. Swiftly identifying non-repairable faults, providing detailed findings to the management team, and suggesting suitable replacements. Ensuring timely completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, with accurate and thorough documentation. Maintaining up-to-date technical and compliance paperwork at all times. Participating in an out-of-hours standby rota, coordinating cover during holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Responding promptly to service call requests, assessing job requirements, and conducting repairs as needed. Conducting surveys and completing reports as directed by the refrigeration supervisor/RFM.
