Refrigeration Engineer

Job Specification:
Collecting and fitting parts as directed by the senior manager / operations manager Diagnosing and fixing equipment breakdowns Using client systems Carrying out calls as allocated by service control Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely way Working safely in line with health & safety procedures Building a strong relationship with customers and colleagues Delivering safe reactive and proactive maintenance to a very high standard Working with your line manager to achieve KPIs Accurate use of IT systems
Qualifications / Experience:
F-Gas 2079 Refrigeration Handling NVQ Level 2/3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills Commitment to quality and attention to detail Highly self-reliant, motivated and enthusiastic Excellent attitude and approach to work
