Position:
Senior Thermal Customer Engineer (Refrigeration / Chillers) About the Role:
The Senior Thermal Customer Engineer is responsible for maintenance and support of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including heat pumps, chilled cabinets, multideck units, and ice machines. Responsibilities: Motivate and coordinate the activities of a team of 10+ Engineers to ensure maximum effectiveness and resource utilization. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) with a focus on safety and quality. Manage the productivity of the group of engineers allocated to the geographical area being coordinated. Maximize resources to ensure effective problem-solving. Required Skills: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Refrigerant Safe Handling Computer Skills Environmental Service Good practical knowledge of construction health and safety Minimum Qualifications: Required IOSH Safety passport C&G Heating and Ventilation or Similar C&G Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Similar F-Gas certified Pressure cylinder qualified Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Bonus scheme, Company vehicle or Car allowance, Pension contribution, 25 days annual leave. Work Environment:
You will primarily work in various locations, carrying out maintenance and installation tasks.
