Job Overview

Permanent contract, bank contract at least 2 days per week for 6 months. Salary is pro rata. Demonstrable experience in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration industry

or significant experience in an aligned sector (electrical, plumbing or engineering), with an ability to apply high quality internal verification practice to our apprenticeship delivery / qualifications in the Air Conditioning / Refrigeration provision. Key Responsibilities

To undertake IQA activity in line with the College Quality Assurance Policy and procedures. To support lecturers, assessors, trainers, and tutors to deliver programmes to an excellent standard; and to plan, conduct and record sampling activities, carry out observations, and deliver standardisation sessions to ensure ongoing assessor development. To contribute to assessor performance reviews, observations, determining referral rates; and identifying areas for development. To contribute to EQA visits and lead development / improvement actions alongside the Head of Apprenticeships and Apprenticeship - Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator to ensure Awarding Organisation compliance.
