Refrigeration Transport/Container Engineer
Location: Essex Salary: Up to £45,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 Our client is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Transport/Container Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role within the operations team at the depot and ensure compliance with F-Gas certification standards. Benefits: £35k - £45k Overtime availability Company social events Health care and dental - family cover Performance based salary adjustment Generous annual leave Pension scheme Well being programme Travel insurance Single Site Operations Main Duties: Inspecting and repairing refrigeration units on refrigerated vehicles in a timely manner Performing routine maintenance on reefer units to ensure optimal performance Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues with systems Testing reefer units to ensure they meet temperature and safety standards Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work Requirements: F-Gas certification Proven experience as a Reefer Container Engineer or Transport Refrigeration Engineer NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is desirable Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Clean and full UK driving license WR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
