Our new Regeneration Programme Director will deliver housing-led regeneration programmes and strategic partnerships, improving the conditions on the Council's own land and social housing estates and using our assets to achieve broad growth across the borough. You will lead our flagship direct delivery estate regeneration scheme - Joyce and Snells - as we now embark on the first phases of delivery and as we broker the partnerships needed for future phases.
You will work to bring forward new schemes and to maximise inward investment to accelerate delivery in the short term.
We are looking for a strong collaborator with experience of delivering complex housing regeneration and securing inward investment. You will have the confidence, experience and credibility to drive housing growth and help us achieve our key priorities for Enfield's residents.
