This role focuses on originating new lending opportunities in both bridging finance and buy-to-let mortgages, supporting company growth and revenue targets. You will work closely with internal teams, proactively managing your own diary to maximize face-to-face meetings while ensuring a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with mortgage intermediaries, professional introducers, and direct borrowers. Manage a strong pipeline of deals across bridging finance and buy-to-let mortgages to exceed targets. Book and manage your own diary, ensuring regular face-to-face meetings with key partners. Respond to new business enquiries via phone and email, ensuring all interactions are recorded on the CRM system. Develop a deep understanding of company products, criteria, and lending policies to effectively advise intermediary partners. Provide training on products, criteria, and broker portal usage to intermediary partners. Attend industry events, roadshows, and company meetings when required. Monitor and report on competitor products and market trends to support product development. Experience Required: Field based Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. Excellent sales and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support broker partners. Highly skilled in written and verbal communication, with strong relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
