Your role Holding responsibility for leading an established team of Supervisors and Cleaners across the South Birmingham region. Managing circa 15 sites and an extensive team of cleaning staff. You will be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team. Ensuring SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.
About you Previous experience of managing Cleaning Contracts and a thorough understanding of strict SLA's & KPI's. Experience of leading teams of Area Cleaning teams. You will be a confident and effective communicator - client satisfaction is a huge priority on these contracts. An organised and proactive attitude. The successful applicant will be required to go through vetting due to the nature of the contracts. Holder of full UK Driving Licence.
