Zental is expanding its elite team! We seek an exceptional and experienced Regional Clinical Director (Dentistry) to lead and uphold the highest standards of excellence across our state-of-the-art, luxury private dental practices in London.

As the Regional Clinical Director (Dental) at Zental, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional dental care across multiple dental practices. You will oversee clinical operations, quality assurance, and clinical staff development in your designated region. Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to dental professionals within the region, fostering a culture of excellence, empathy, and patient-centered care. Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain clinical quality standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Staff Development: Identify training and development needs of clinical staff, facilitate training programs, and mentor dental teams to enhance their clinical skills. Clinical Protocols: Develop and implement standardized clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency in patient care. Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations for clinical staff and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth. Clinical Oversight: Collaborate with practice managers to ensure efficient clinic operations, optimal patient flow, and effective resource utilization. Compliance: Stay updated on dental industry regulations and ensure all practices within your region adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Patient Experience: Ensure patients receive the highest level of care, resolve patient concerns, and implement improvements based on patient feedback. Clinical Recruitment: Ensure appropriately trained dentists are hired with the appropriate skills and experience for their success and growth. Essential requirements: GDC Registered Dentist / Specialist 10+ years of experience in general dentistry with a diverse patient population is required. Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within the dental field. Proficiency in different technology platforms. Strong knowledge of dental industry standards, best practices, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and mentor dental professionals. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
