Building on our track record of delivering pioneering research, we are recruiting for a Regional Clinical Service Manager on a fixed-term basis at EMS Healthcare.
Our research takes place in Community Research Units at the heart of our communities. You will ensure that the units within your region perform effectively, in line with the requirements of studies we are working on and our clients’ needs. Ensuring our participants have a positive experience is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll work with our research teams to make sure this happens.
Reporting to the Clinical Operational Lead, you will oversee the delivery and management of clinical research projects in your region.
The role is varied, and we’re looking for someone agile who can work autonomously but inspire a team!
Within your remit will be maintaining sufficient staffing on the units, ensuring staff are trained appropriately, being a point of escalation for any clinical queries or concerns, assisting with auditing, monitoring, and inspection, and ensuring the staff on your units are compliant with EMS Healthcare policies and procedures.
We’re looking for an inspiring leader to lead our research teams on the ground in an exciting and fast-paced research environment that is unlike traditional research settings.
