Regional Dealer Development Manager
will focus on the objectives and dealer development goals, execute and implement regional dealer development, and ultimately complete the regional dealer network development plan. Network Expansion Develop and implement strategies to grow the dealer network according to the company’s annual targets. Focus on key regions to maximise market penetration and brand visibility. The regional markets have been divided into 4 parts, including Greater London & East, Midland, South, and North. Market Research Conduct comprehensive research on existing and potential dealers, including their operational effectiveness, market positioning, and customer satisfaction levels. Evaluate showroom locations and operational layouts to determine suitability for franchising. Stakeholder Engagement Organise and lead business meetings with potential investors and dealer groups. Present the company’s value proposition and negotiate terms that benefit both parties. Application Management Coordinate the franchise application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Liaise with internal departments to streamline the approval process. Operational Support Provide ongoing support to dealers by suggesting operational improvements and incentives. Analyse daily performance data to identify areas for enhancement and recommend solutions to improve dealer management practices. Experience to Succeed A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive dealer experience. Deep understanding of regional dealer operations. Good relationships with UK Top 20 dealer groups. Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus. Bachelor’s degree or above. Familiarity with the UK automotive market is essential. Experienced in supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business. Attributes Team player with strong leadership qualities:
