MWH Treatment are seeking a digitally passionate individual with a creative mindset and ability to influence change to work in the Northern Ireland framework as Regional Digital Delivery. With an appreciation of all things digital, from field management, wearable technologies, 4D modelling, digital rehearsal facilitation and strong interpersonal skills, the individual will work with delivery teams. This role is about bridging the gap between engineering and delivery functions through collaborative practices. There will be support from both Central and other Regional Digital Delivery Leads and opportunities to train and develop across the broad spectrum of digital delivery tools.

Implementing Digital Delivery as business as usual is a strategic priority for MWH Treatment. The core Digital Delivery tools are Delivery & Digital Strategy, Visual Project Initiation (including Digital Survey), Data rich 3D models, Collaborative Reviews, Digital Rehearsals, Digital Field Management and Building our Data & Analytics capability.To ensure our regional team have the support needed to integrate these digital tools as business as usual we have a need for a Digital Delivery Collaboration Lead.

The role will cover 4 main aspects

Regional Strategic and Management Role c. 25% of time

As Digital Delivery Lead you will work to energise the adoption of the digital delivery agenda within the framework; be relentless in pursuit of change management and redefining the default to digital delivery. You willsupport the management of the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure we are meeting our commitments and work closely with Regional Leads to identify key resources to build a strategic in region team. In addition, you will help report into the Core Digital Team ensuring alignment with the overarching MWH Treatment strategy.

Regional Rehearsal Role c. 25% of time

You will work closely with the National Rehearsal Lead to develop a regional rehearsal strategy, covering the tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration as business as usual into the regional delivery processes.Eventually identifying regional resources, both facilitators and technicians, to prepare, deliver and run rehearsals for their programmes of work.

The role may require the individual to act as a rehearsal facilitator, both on specific projects and as a coach to identified resources.The individual will be expected to facilitate rehearsals on specific projects until resources are identified, competent and capable. Training will be provided in rehearsal facilitation. The focus of the facilitator is to clarify the strategic delivery intent and stakeholder interfaces.

The lead may be required to develop 4D models utilising Synchro for Digital Rehearsals, linking the model and programme, to provide visualisations.Full training and support will be provided, from the Central and Regional team, until the individual feels competent

Collaboration Platform Role c. 25% of time

The individual will support developing, implementing, and executing the strategy to fully adopt the use of BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding the platform as business as usual for project delivery. You will become a community champion for BIM 360 Field, as the go to you will support, capture production control metrics, and help roll out training across the framework building a catalogue of support material and learning academy.

Digital Implementation and Support Specialist c. 25% of time

As the Digital DeliveryLead you will be providing momentum in the adoption of the right tools at the right time. Ensure the maximum efficiencies are gained from the tools and manage system issues on a proactive basis. Continuously look for synergies in regional processes and system functionality .

Essential

> Experience in implementing change management and driving digital agenda at business level > Working with both Engineering and Operational functions, to ensure best tool for tasks are implemented > Appreciation and detailed knowledge of the Information Management requirements > Genuine passion for new technologies and when best to apply throughout the project delivery lifecycle to maximise value > Experience in educating and training individuals on suits of tools > Confidence in presenting, hosting webinars to educate the region and improve digital maturity
