65,000 - 78,000 (DOE), Car/Allowance and Excellent Benefits Package Our Client is an integrated design and build solution provider operating in the water sector. They have over 1,000 staff working across eight regional centres, primarily supporting six long term water sector frameworks operating both on their own and increasingly in joint ventures and alliances. You will report directly to the Head of Delivery and your role will drive and lead the digital agenda in the region, supporting project teams' understanding and adoption of digital initiatives, championing core digital applications across Engineering and Operational functions. Responsibilities:

Creating cohesion between engineering and operational practices to maximise the use of data from project initiation to handover. Maintaining and influencing change across the regional framework, JV or Alliances. Driving the digital agenda within the framework, being relentless in pursuit of change management and redefining the default to digital delivery. Implementing digital delivery as business as usual as a strategic priority for the business, where the core tools are delivery and digital strategy, surveying and scanning, 3D modelling, visualisation, digital rehearsal, digital field management, asset management, and handover. Support the management of the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure they are meeting their commitments at framework and business level. Support the development, implementation, and deployment of the suite of digital initiatives currently in play and roll out new developments, where deployment shall include communication, resource development, hosting webinars, and being the go-to champion in the region for support and knowledge exchange. Sponsor and ownership of allocated change management and digital initiatives to achieve business excellence. Capture regional pain points across disciplines and functional areas and feedback to central business function for solution development through agreed routes. Be an integrator and maintain a good working relationship with supply chain, client, and functional teams to support the alignment and data exchange flows. Communication across the region to ensure everyone is onboarded into the digital way of working and any new procedures or protocols are disseminated. Build a regional level community for commissioning, engineering, and SHEQ to ensure aligned thinking and objectives. Ensuring every project has an auditable digital strategy throughout the project lifecycle, which is submitted to ORC as part of business excellence goals. Reporting on project compliance in line with Client stage gate delivery processes. Establishing & maintaining a system of reports and metrics to monitor digital success at project and regional/framework level. Building and maintaining a relationship with the client, bringing them on the digital transformation journey, driving to make regional level advancement. Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Successful change management and digital transformation deployment. Appreciation of IM according to ISO 19650, related standards, and the Information Protocol. Knowledge and understanding of engineering design, delivery, and construction within any primary infrastructure sector such as water or utilities would be preferable but is not essential. Ability to engage with staff at all levels, provide support with digital initiatives, and drive adoption. Experience in the role of Change Manager for a framework or large-scale project. Experience using and managing the rollout of digital initiatives supporting key areas of surveying and scanning, 3D models, rehearsal and visualisation, field management, asset management, and handover, PDO controls for digital applications. Positive change management expertise is key. Experience of working at a strategic level. Commercial experience such as 5D commercial costing would be beneficial as would expertise in managing the supply chain. A certified postgraduate Engineering or Operational profession qualification is desirable. Membership of a professional institution is desirable. Individual BIM certification (ISO19650 or BS1192) with a recognised body e.g., ICE, BSi, BRE, etc. is an advantage.
