What the role involves

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of 20–30 domiciliary care branches within Kent.
  • Driving performance across all services, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and commercial success.
  • Develop and inspire a senior management team, fostering a high-performance and values-driven culture.
  • Ensure all services operate in line with CQC regulations, governance frameworks and best practice standards.
  • Take full ownership of regional P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
  • Delivering continuous improvement across service quality, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Skills and requirements

  • NVQ/SVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Significant senior leadership experience within domiciliary care, ideally at Regional Director or Head of Operations level.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site operations (25+ locations).
  • Demonstrated success in leading operational growth, transformation and performance improvement.
