Regional Director

with residential care experience, you will provide support, leadership, management, and oversight across the Care Perspectives homes in the region. The size of the region may vary, and the organisation may, in communication with the Regional Director, make changes to the region and portfolio in order to meet organisational targets such as growth or expansion. This successful candidate will also fulfil the role of Responsible Individual for all residential provisions in the region. You will be a positive and influential Regional Director who will support the Operations Director in delivering the organisation’s strategy across all residential services. This role requires flexibility, including hours of work to meet the demands of the role. This role is suited for a motivated and dedicated professional with experience in managing Ofsted inspections who can help support the homes towards obtaining outstanding Ofsted ratings. You will report to the Operations Director and will also be required to be flexible to evaluate and allocate support, leadership, and management focus for specific services, for example, in the absence of the home’s manager or when homes require more support. As a key member of the Management Team, you will line manage the Registered Managers. You will drive operational managerial leadership and delivery of the highest standard of quality, safe and effective services, ensuring these meet and exceed expectations, such as inspection outcomes and quality of service delivered, as well as driving occupancy and placements in the region. Essential Qualification requirements & Experience Essential Skills NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, Children and Young People or equivalent. Extensive experience working in an EBD/LD children's home environment. Effective supervision and leadership skills. A full UK Driving Licence. Knowledge of the law, regulations, and standards and how to apply them. Understanding policies and the running of a children’s care home.
