Support multi-site teams to create and serve imaginative food in line with client expectations. Ensure teams provide exemplary customer service and adhere to company values. Build excellent face-to-face relationships with clients and teams across the business. Observe and manage processes at sites to ensure optimum efficiency. Interpret information and make plans and decisions to move the units forward. Produce budgets for units and manage budget and finances for the sites. Produce reports from site visits with actions to develop the unit. Organise and chair meetings. Regional Executive Chef Additional Information:
Take responsibility for ensuring that the site is compliant with Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation. Collate and manage accounts at Trading accounts. Present the accounts to clients. Ensure late payments are discussed with clients. Be aware of payroll and HR policies.
