I am currently seeking an FM Manager based in the North-West Region (Greater Manchester/ York), working from Birkenhead. Duties of the successful FM Manager: Managing maintenance clients in FM Dept Supervising engineers & sub-contractors and arranging work schedules Developing new business Visiting & developing links with existing clients Conducting site surveys, quoting reactive calls and tendering for maintenance contracts Profitably management of works completed (contracts reactive etc) Co-ordinating invoicing to clients with FM Coordinators and accounts team Providing technical knowledge and assistance to engineers, clients and colleagues The successful FM Manager will posses the following: Technical background (AC HVAC, Gas or Electrical biased ideally) Minimum 5 years' xperience in the FM industry In return, the successful FM Manager will receive: Annual holiday entitlement of 25 working days plus public holidays Incentives for length of service Pension contribution If interested, please apply.
