Duties of the successful FM Manager:
Managing maintenance clients in FM Dept Supervising engineers & sub-contractors and arranging work schedules Developing new business Visiting & developing links with existing clients Conducting site surveys, quoting reactive calls and tendering for maintenance contracts Profitably managing works completed (contracts & reactive etc) Co-ordinating invoicing to clients with FM Coordinators and accounts team Providing technical knowledge and assistance to engineers, clients and colleagues The successful FM Manager will possess the following:
Technical background (AC & HVAC, Gas or Electrical biased ideally) Minimum 5 years' experience in the FM industry In return, the successful FM Manager will receive:
