The salary is based on£48,484 (Please note the above job is subject to 6-month probationary period). Regional Head of Service We have an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Head of Service to lead a team of care professionals within an Autism setting. This is a newly created position as we expand our existing portfolio across our Residential and Supported Living Services. As a leading provider for Autism, we support individuals through the care pathway of our services. We are well established, providing forward thinking approaches to deliver person centric services to the People We Support. Recently awarded the Regional Northwest Employer of the year, we provide innovative strategies to meet the needs of both the services we provide and the workforce. The postholder will support the Director of Operations to embed the strategic direction of our services, supporting our Operational Service Managers to lead the ongoing development of care provision, through the development and maintenance of high standards of evidence-based care. A successful candidate will be solutions driven to ensure care is placed at the very heart of our services delivery to the people we support, ensuring we maintain our strong reputational values of meeting regulatory compliance. What you will be doing… Leading and managing CQC registered services under designated area of responsibility. Hold a CQC registration for delivery of Personal Care as required. Support the Operational Service Managers to register with CQC for Residential Care. Promote Autism Together’s philosophy, values and approaches to its autism services. Provide excellence in quality care delivery and safeguarding systems. Work collaboratively with the Intervention and Assurance teams to monitor quality of care. Support individuals who have an autistic condition using proven strategies. Embed person-centred approaches in the care practices. Develop professional relationships with external agencies, and the people that we support family members and friends.
