They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health and Safety Manager to join their team. This is a full-time remote role where you will play a key part in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of their team members, clients, and partners. You will oversee and implement health and safety protocols across operations, conduct safety training, and ensure compliance with occupational health standards. Your expertise will help create a safer, healthier environment in the catering and food service sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards and taking corrective actions. Lead and coordinate safety training for all employees, ensuring they are well-informed on safety procedures. Maintain records of safety incidents, investigations, and corrective actions, reporting to senior management regularly. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations. Support the continuous improvement of health and safety practices within the company. Serve as the primary point of contact for all health and safety-related matters. Qualifications Required: Proven experience in

Health & Safety ,

Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) , and

Occupational Health , preferably within an education or hospitality setting. NEBOSH

certification or equivalent safety qualification is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various teams and levels. Ability to work independently and remotely with a self-motivated approach. Previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
