Key Responsibilities:

• Support driving performance and training in fitness revenue for assigned region/clubs.
• Work closely with club-level team members to fully support fitness revenue and program innovation.
• Ensure successful implementation of fitness product rollout plans.
• Partner with the Product Development team for product training and development plans.
• Collaborate with the Academy to recommend Academy coaches for ongoing education.
• Responsible for quality control checks and audits across the Health and Fitness Department.
• Lead by example and live the brand values through exceptional execution.
• Manage and align regular effective training and skill upgrades for coaches.
• Actively participate in hiring and lateral growth of top talent.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with all in-club and central teams to deliver monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the Academy on training initiatives.
• Maintain an atmosphere of positive attitude toward business and problem-solving with teams.
• Lead teams to identify new fitness program opportunities and specialists within the region.
• Keep the team updated on developments in all related fields and analyse their possible impact on the business.
• Recommend business initiatives on an appropriate basis.
• Support driving performance in all secondary revenue lines.
• Identify fitness needs within FF MENA, ensuring internal innovation is nurtured and external resources are maximized.
• Support clubs in delivering high-quality fitness experiences
• Reiterate at every opportunity the importance of service excellence.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Encourage team building, continuous learning, and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure that Landmark & Fitness First values are fostered and practices in all aspects of work.
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.
