This position presents a unique opportunity to work with a leading logistics and distribution company, making a significant impact on health and safety initiatives across multiple sites in the South region. What can you expect in this role? Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures in line with company-wide standards. Promote a safety-first culture through training, communication, and leading by example. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations to ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety legislation. Provide expert guidance and solutions to mitigate risks and prevent incidents. Act as a key advisor to Warehousing, Transport, and Central Support teams on all health and safety matters. Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture. Analyse safety data to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making. What does this role offer you? A total package of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE £6,000 car allowance. 34 days annual leave, including bank holidays, increasing with service.

Private medical insurance Retail discounts up to 25% What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety role within logistics, warehousing, or a busy distribution environment. NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and IOSH Technical Membership. Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and best practices.
