This is a great opportunity for an ER experienced HR Advisor to join one of the largest independent merchants. This is a remote role supporting 4 regions; therefore, regular travel is required.

As a HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Senior People Business Partner and the wider People team to provide support across the business with an emphasis on employee relations, such as attendance management, probations, grievance, disciplinary, ill health, and performance capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the People Director, Senior People Business Partner and wider People team with cases and assist with meetings when required. Support with complex cases, providing full details/timeline on cases as required. Draft documentation/correspondence. Advise on maternity, paternity, parental leave, shared parental leave, and flexible working. Attend meetings as a note-taker and advisor. Improve processes to create efficient and user-friendly systems and procedures. Support with projects. Provide support to other members of the HR team to achieve goals. Support with absence issues and attendance management meetings. Compile and distribute reports as required. Support with the development of the case management system including reporting. Work with the organisation's HR systems to access employee records and collate information as required.

The salary for this role is £40,000 + company car. Other benefits include 23 days holiday + bank holidays, which increases with service, enhanced maternity, profit share twice a year, and auto-enrol pension.
