HR Business Partner

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to deliver their HR strategy, coach future leaders, and manage complex employee relations matters. Partner with senior leaders to drive forward the HR strategy Provide 1:1 coaching for future leaders and operational managers Manage a diverse range of ER cases (3 long-term sick cases, 5-10 weekly ER issues) Lead on key HR projects and support the business through growth and change Manage a talented team, including HR Advisors and administrators in the UK and Philippines Be a key player in our HRIS implementation (Oracle or Workday) Help my client to build a culture of excellence, ensuring our teams live and breathe our values What we’re looking for:
HR expert
with solid experience managing ER, TUPE, and redundancy Strategic thinker
who can balance the big picture with day-to-day operational needs Leader and coach
who’s passionate about developing teams and driving performance Strong understanding of
Employment Law
and experience in a fast-paced environment (bonus if you’ve worked in retail or facilities management) Willingness to travel regularly and work flexibly to meet the needs of the business You’ll work with a brilliant HR team and help to drive innovation, coaching, and business success.
