Permanent At Another, we are currently looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to work with a high growth, innovative business. This key role will support HR operations across multiple sites for a growing and highly commercial division of the business. This role will be pivotal in supporting and embedding key HR group initiatives while integrating the newly merged business from a cultural perspective. Reporting into the Group Chief People Officer, you will provide day-to-day HR support and deliver on projects in line with people objectives within this division. Provide an excellent HR business partnering service and act as a trusted advisor while building credible stakeholder relationships. Support the integration of a new business through being a guardian of the group value proposition, focusing on the development of a people-centric culture, supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and key HR initiatives. Support managers and senior stakeholders with effective management of people-related issues and employee relations cases. Provide customer-centric operational HR delivery support within your business area, including supporting the wider delivery of policy development, learning and development, resource planning, ER, recruitment, etc. Work across multiple sites to provide a consistent approach to the delivery of HR. Facilitate managers in personal development and performance reviews. Partner with the wider HR team to review and develop new and innovative approaches to HR service offerings and processes. Coach and mentor managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks, and employment legislation to ensure legal compliance, consistency, fairness, and equality in the employment relationship/workplace. Actively support the Group Chief People Officer and the wider People team on group initiatives and HR projects appropriately in line with business strategy and objectives. Skills Required
Proven experience of working as a broad generalist HR Business Partner ideally gained within a fast-paced regional role. Experience of delivering HR in a commercial, growing, customer-centric business within a small to medium-sized organisation. A strong understanding of UK employment law. Demonstrable experience in the development of career progression paths. Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders. Experience in influencing and coaching leaders and employees to drive employee engagement. Experience in facilitating and supporting HR change projects, ideally HR M&A integration. Experience in developing and delivering HR-related training to upskill line managers. Driven to providing excellent customer service to stakeholders. Innovative and creative in finding solutions. Confident in own ability, decision-making, and taking accountability for actions. Versatile in your approach to driving the core vision, purpose, and values of an organisation. You must have the flexibility to base yourself from any of the locations, Hull, Kent, or London for two days a week, with frequent travel to other sites.
