Regional Operations Manager

to oversee multiple care homes across the Northwest of England. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure exceptional care standards while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll guide and motivate your teams, drive performance, and contribute to the exciting growth of 6-7 care homes within the region. Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care. Lead and inspire home managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Advocate for and develop specialist dementia care services. Collaborate with support services to optimise performance and meet strategic goals. Play a critical role in our growth plans, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent quality of care. What We're Looking For:

Proven Leadership:

Extensive experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in the care sector. Operational Expertise:

A demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care, operational efficiency, and compliance. Passion for Dementia Care:

Experience or a keen interest in enhancing specialist dementia services. Strategic Vision:
