Are you a seasoned Regional Manager with a proven track record of delivering excellence in children's residential care? Join a forward-thinking company specializing in providing high-quality care for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of four homes—two currently operational and rated "Good" by Ofsted, with two new homes set to open in the near future. This is a pivotal role with exciting opportunities for professional growth as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic oversight and leadership across all four homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

* Support and mentor Registered Managers, driving continuous improvement and maintaining positive Ofsted outcomes.

* Oversee the setup and successful opening of the two new homes, ensuring they meet all regulatory and operational requirements.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and external stakeholders.

* Monitor performance, implement best practices, and ensure the homes operate efficiently and effectively.

* Contribute to the company's growth strategy, identifying opportunities for expansion and service development.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a Regional Manager in children's residential care.

* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a successful track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.

* Leadership skills to inspire and support a team of Registered Managers.

* A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive growth.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
